All estimates and quotes provided through this website or verbally are non-binding unless formalized in a written contract signed by both parties. Prices are subject to change based on scope, materials, and site conditions discovered during the project.

Florida Georgia Home Services operates as an independent contractor. All work is performed by licensed professionals. We carry general liability insurance and are fully licensed to operate in the states of Florida and Georgia. Proof of licensing and insurance is available upon request.

8. Workmanship Warranty

Florida Georgia Home Services provides a one (1) year workmanship warranty on all labor performed. This warranty begins on the date the work is substantially completed and covers defects in workmanship and materials supplied by us.

In Georgia, for projects valued over $2,500, this warranty is provided in writing as required under Georgia Code §43-41-7.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or third-party alterations
• Damage resulting from acts of nature, flooding, or extreme weather
• Pre-existing conditions or defects not caused by our work
• Materials or equipment supplied by the homeowner

9. Dispute Resolution
